What is a Concierge Service?

A concierge service is a service designed to provide busy people assistance managing their daily personal and professional tasks, or "to do" lists. We operate as our client's own personal concierge often found only in a luxury hotel or 5-star resort. We offer a myriad of day-to-day and luxury services depending on our clients' needs.

How Much Do Your Services Cost?

We require our clients to join our service via a membership package. We offer various packages including a Ticket Membership Package for event tickets. After becoming a member, our clients have access to our national and international network of concierge services including VIP experiences, tickets to sold-out shows, and one-on-one connectivity with their own personal concierge team. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Cash. We require payment when services are rendered in most cases.

What If I Do Not Choose To Join Your Service?

We are pleased to provide services to non-members, however we will assess a non-member fee in addition to the service request charge. This fee will vary depending on the service request.

What Are Your Service Hours ?

We are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via telephone, email, web or fax.

What Services Don't You Offer?

We are unable to fulfill requests that we find unethical, immoral, or ones that may be harmful to our clients, vendor affiliates, or others.
